Here I will explain how to manage your Students and Batches.
Managing Students :
The students can be added individually, which is ofcourse a very tedious job.... hence, you can directly upload an excelsheet of your students into the system and system will take care of creating unique ids and login credentials for these students.
Uploading students using excelsheet :
Click on the button View Guidelines you will find the list of instructions to be followed while uploading students using excelsheet. The instructions are as follows:

Click on the Get Empty Sheet button to get an empty sheet. If you are maintaining the data in other excelsheets, copy and paste the data in this sheet or you may fill it manually in other case.
Upload this sheet in the popup that comes after you click Upload Excel Sheet button and upload the student's data. The system will automatically detect for any errors in the sheet and will notify you with exact row and column where the error was found. Correct these errors and upload these records again.
MyWebAdmin.In provides you with a beautiful search panel to search students in your institute. There are various parameters for this searching. View testclass admin panel to view different search parameters.
You can easily edit courses, subjects & batches for one student or a number of students in one go.
After you search for students, the system gives you a simple panel to make changes to student's courses, subjects & batches.
The process is as follows :
Search the students according to your requirements.
Select the students whose Course, subject or batch need to be added or replaced.
Select the course, subject or batch that you want to allot the student(s) to.
Click on the respective button whether you want to add or replace the student's course, subject or batch.
You may also edit / delete individual students by clicking on relevant buttons beside each record.
MyWebAdmin.In also provides you with autoregister functionality from your frontend website. Also, the approval of these students at the admin panel is provided after which the student will be allowed access to the student's panel.
The students can be alloted to a batch only if the batch total capacity is not reached. The total batch capacity is set by "Manage Batches" tab.
Manage Batches :
The batches tab displays a graphical representation of the number of students in each batch.
The batches are set according to courses, subjects, month and the year.
