Manage Marks and Examinations

Manage ExaminationsMyWebAdmin.In provides examinations management with a very customizable approach. The data about the examinations and marks are stored differently. The examinations panel lets you customize all the important data about exam such as name of the exam, course of the exam etc..

When you select a course, the list of subjects are displayed in the selected course against "Total Marks" where the user needs to enter the total marks for the subject for that examination.

MyWebAdmin.In provides a wonderful grading method for you. You may add the grades as per your grading system e.g. some may use First Class, Second Class,... others may use A,B,C... MyWebAdmin.In takes into consideration about different systems. You may set the marks window for the grades according to your grading system.

The other parameters are the month and the year of examination.

 

Adding marks for the examinations :

To add marks to examinations, go to "Manage marks", select the examination and batch (class) for whom the marks are to be added and click "Add/Edit Marks". The system will display a table as shown below :

​The marks for each students must be added in the input box against each student. As you enter the marks, the system automatically allows you to enter the marks below the total marks as specified in the examinations and calculates the total score and the corresponding grades, as set in the grading system for the examination in examinations panel.

After entering marks for all students, click on "Save Scores" to save the marks.

After saving the marks, a button "Display Result" will appear at the top of the table. On clicking this button the marks will be available for students to view in the student's panel. The results won't be displayed to the students until this button is clicked.
